Em 2011, the company implemented the Operacional SGT, with the objective of obtaining speed and accuracy in management data, strengthening the decision-making process and strategic planning. The system covers the processes in an integrated manner commercial, administrative and manufacturing, with an emphasis on order control, costs, invoicing, production planning, dyeing, stamping, finishing and tax integrations, like SPED and NF-e.

With the SGT, Fiama started to operate with reliable data, full production traceability and quick customer service, consolidating its position as a reference in technology in the decorative textile sector.
