From 2000, Vicunha operates with Operacional SGT, which integrates its areas of logistics, costs, product development, production planning, spinning, weaving, dyeing, stamping and finishing. The system became a central part of Vicunha's management, promoting standardization of processes, traceability and real-time control of manufacturing operations in different countries.
Em 2025, Vicunha started the update to SGT v500, with a global project internally called Optimize and Evolve. The new version modernizes the system architecture and incorporates new features for integrated value chain management on an international scale, connecting Vicunha's production units and logistics centers in six countries with greater agility and data intelligence.
