O Rosset Group it is one of the largest textile conglomerates in Latin America, with its origin in the 1930s. It is formed by companies Rosset and Doutex, specialized in fabrics and lace for underwear, fitness and beach fashion, in addition to Estamparia Salete, which also provides services to third parties. The group is responsible for iconic brands such as Valisere, Triumph, Cia. Maritime, Freshwater and Body for Sure.

Multibrand Integrated Management

Em 2015, the group adopted the Operacional SGT to strengthen the management of its complex and multifunctional operations. The solution covers the areas of logistics, commercial, costs, product development, production planning, programming, quality, loom supervision, weft, warp and piece knitting, dyeing, finishing, industrial maintenance, and rotary and digital printing.

The SGT acts as a central control and intelligence system, promoting greater agility in responses, integration of manufacturing flows and optimization of industrial assets, fundamental to the management of a group with highly complex production and a wide variety of products.

Consulting as a Strategy

A Specialized Operacional Consulting was responsible for adapt the system structure to the Rosset Group's multifactory dynamics, implementing unified flows between companies, redesigning processes and promoting alignment between production, planning and cost management. Consultative action was essential so that the group's management could scale with control and strategic vision.
