Em 2021, Elasfil implemented the Operacional SGT, a system that started to manage the areas of logistics, commercial, costs, planning, wire finishing and financial. With the solution, the company obtained greater efficiency, standardization and traceability, in addition to accurate productive sequencing and better use of data for management decisions.
