Acting prominently on the line bath, the company specializes in fleecy and jacquard items, with a monthly production of approximately 30 tons, equivalent to about 100 thousand pieces — between bath, face and floor towels. Its continuous growth is a reflection of an agile model focused on excellence.

Management to Grow

Em 2016, Caviquioli adopted the Operacional SGT, seeking to modernize and integrate the management of areas such as inventory, purchases, receipt, invoicing, shipping, NF-e, commercial, costs, planning, PCP, revision, weaving quality, third-party control in processing and manufacturing. The solution connects these fronts with the administrative modules, providing agility, alignment between areas, and more accurate data for strategic decisions.

Computerized management enabled reduction of rework, improvement in planning, and synchronism between commercial demand and production, consolidating the technological base for the company's future.

The partnership with Operacional also brought the support of Specialized Consulting, who acted decisively in assess the company's management maturity, structure processes that are not yet controlled and adapt the use of the system to the reality of a growing business. This action was fundamental to transform operational challenges into opportunities for standardization, control, and scalability.
