Em 2012, Andreza adopted the Operacional SGT to modernize production management and raise the level of integration between areas. The system covers the operation since commercial order until invoicing, with complete control of the steps of weaving, dyeing, printing and tailoring.
Real-time visibility and data standardization provide more agility in decisions, reduction of rework, reduction of costs and greater alignment between sales and the factory floor. The operation began to have a continuous and traceable flow, raising the company's productivity and quality standards.
The project was directly supported by Specialized Operacional Consulting, who analyzed management maturity and promoted systematization of industrial and administrative processes, in addition to structuring practices that were not yet under formal control. This approach ensured full adherence of the solution to Andreza's reality, allowing for a robust, scalable and results-oriented management model.
