Founded in 1978, to Alpina Textile is one of the most complete industrial groups in Brazil. With units in Morungaba/SP and Votorantim/SP, the company operates with excellence in the production of yarns, knitwear and fabrics, being recognized by quality, innovation and strong commercial network. Its trajectory is marked by continuous investments in technology, which position it as a reference in productive efficiency in the national textile sector.

Evolving Management

The partnership with Operacional began in 2002, with the implementation of Operacional SGT, which became part of the processes of supplies, purchases, receipt, inventories, movements, orders, shipping, invoicing, third-party control, physical and web sales, costs, product development, yarn production planning, weaving, knitting, dyeing, finishing, sample room and maintenance.

Em 2022, Alpina updated the system to the version v500, achieving new levels of efficiency. Among the gains are the optimization of billing, agility in the separation of orders, new cost tool for management and S&OP analysis, integration with PCP, improvement in production planning and greater control of industrial and laboratory areas.

Consulting that integrates

During the project, the specialized Operacional consulting was responsible for assess the maturity of the operation, identify bottlenecks, systematize existing processes and implement new controls that would allow Alpina to achieve operational excellence. This strategic action guaranteed the system's perfect adherence to the company's particularities, strengthening its integrated management and sustained growth.
