Founded in 2008, to Werken Chemistry was born with the proposal to offer the textile market highly competitive, innovative and differentiated chemical products and processes. With national operations, the company consolidated its units of Itatiba/SP and Indaial/SC in a single operation under the name Werken Química Brasil Ltda., expanding its service capacity and technical structure.

To underpin its growth strategy and technical sophistication, Werken adopted the Operacional Process, a specialized system for the management of process industries. The solution began to manage in an integrated manner the areas of PCP, production planning, product and process engineering, quality, laboratory applications, logistics and commercial, offering greater visibility, standardization, and agility in decisions.

Process increased the control of industrial and administrative flows, allowing the company to operate with more accuracy, predictability, and operational intelligence, essential to support your continuous innovation proposal.

During deployment, Specialized Operacional Consulting acted directly at assessment of the company's management maturity, promoting the systematization of unstructured processes and ensuring full adherence of the system to the real needs of the operation. This support was essential to prepare Werken for the future of Industry 4.0, with a solid foundation of control, integration, and scalability.
