O Adar Fabrics Group, formed by companies Adar, Artec and Texliving, is one of the largest and most complete textile groups in Brazil. Acting with excellence in the segments of women's fashion, men's fashion, footwear, decoration and furniture, offers a wide range of knitwear and flat fabrics, with an emphasis on its Exclusive printing which develops its own and personalized collections for clients.

Expansive Integration

Operacional customer since 2002, the group implemented the Operacional SGT In Your Units of Poá/SP and Três Lagoas/MS, covering the areas of supplies, distribution, and all knitwear, dyeing and stamping production. The Solution Promotes synchrony between units, real-time control and unified planning, which are reflected in Faster Decisions, Less Rework and Greater Competitiveness.

The entire production chain — from planning to shipment — is monitored with traceability, increasing trust in the data and optimizing the use of resources.

Value Consulting

Since its implementation, the project has had the support of Specialized Operacional Consulting, who performed in Organizational Maturity Mapping, aligned the processes with the structure of the system and helped to integrate areas that previously operated disconnected. The approach was adapted to the complexity of the group and directly contributed to the industrial and logistical performance of the operation.
