Founded in 1962, or Ritex Group is one of the main players in the textile industry in Argentina. Initially headquartered in the Buenos Aires neighborhood Villa Crespo, in Buenos Aires, transferred its industrial operations to La Rioja starting in 1982, where it still maintains a robust production structure, focused mainly on production of colored knitwear in circular knitwear, with a demand of about 800 tons per month.
With the objective of modernizing and integrating its processes, the Ritex Group chose the Operacional SGT after a selection process that involved competition with international suppliers. The choice was made by Operational specialization in the textile sector, added to its proven ability to meet complex and large scale manufacturing operations.
The SGT was implemented to manage the company's entire value chain, including logistics, purchases of cotton and chemical supplies, maintenance, planning, programming and production control of spinning, circular knitting, yarn and fabric dyeing, costs, commercial order fulfillment and shipping, with full integration with Local backoffice.
A Specialized Operacional Consulting acted directly at adaptation of the solution to the reality of the Argentine market, promoting the implementation of structured practices and oriented to factory efficiency and management control. The consultancy was decisive in aligning the system with Ritex's operational dynamics, allowing international management based on reliable data and optimized flows.
