Located at Blumenau/SC, one of the largest textile centers in the country, Huvispan Textile It acts with a focus on processing, dyeing and finishing of knitwear and fabrics. The company also stands out for its performance as a national distributor of Creora elastane, metallized polyester and viscose yarns, offering complete solutions with agility and quality.
After an internal diagnosis in 2019, which identified that only 30% of the activities were systematized, Huvispan decided to move forward with the implementation of Operacional SGT, effective in 2021. The system started to manage areas such as inventories, purchases, receipt, orders, invoicing, shipping, third parties, CEPS, NF-e, input coding, commercial, costs, and production planning, promoting greater agility, control, and standardization of data.
With the SGT, the company started to operate with more reliability in the information, managing to align production and demand in a more precise and scalable way.
The project was supported by Specialized Operacional Consulting, who worked at restructuring of operating flows and the implementation of previously uncontrolled processes. This consultancy was essential for Huvispan to transform its management structure, gaining efficiency and creating conditions for expand with control and predictability.
