Management with Process

In its new phase of growth and modernization, Coratex implemented the Operacional Process, a system aimed at managing process industries, focusing on the integration of the areas of inventories, purchases, receipt, orders, invoicing, shipping, production inventory control (CEPS), import (FCI), electronic invoice, bar codes, commercial, costs, planning, scheduling and production control, product and process engineering, quality control, and revenue weighing.

The system also covers financial management, including accounts payable and receivable, commissions, electronic payments, cash flow, budgeting, reconciliation and bank management, ensuring full visibility, precise control, and end-to-end integration across all departments of the company.

Consulting with Guisting

During the project, the Specialized Operacional Consulting acted directly at structuring of production and management flows, evaluating organizational maturity and promoting deployment of hitherto unsystematized processes. This action was decisive in creating a solid and efficient base to support the company's international growth.
