Operacional customer since 2002, Mamut updated its system in 2018, migrating to the Operational SGT v500 with the objective of increasing the control and efficiency of its operations. The system covers the areas of logistics, commercial, costs, production planning, knitting, dyeing, stamping and finishing, promoting process integration, data standardization and greater agility in industrial operation.

With the SGT, Mamut strengthened its ability to align production with market demands and operate with greater accuracy in orders, traceability of flows and agility in service.

Consulting for Industry 4.0

A Specialized Operacional Consulting acted strategically in the evolution of the project, evaluating operating flows and implementing controls in areas that were still operating in a destructured manner. This action was essential to consolidate the modernization of the processes and align the company with the principles of Industry 4.0, with data-based management and digital integration with the factory floor.
